跟中医教授学两招丨小小耳朵如何洞见全身健康？

　　您知道吗？跟中丨看耳朵也能看出身体哪里出了问题。在本期节目中，医教山东中医药大学副教授，授学山东中医药大学中医耳穴诊疗研究中心主任郭炜教授，两招为观众揭开了耳朵里的小耳健康密码。

　　中医有言“耳者，朵何洞宗脉之所聚”，全身郭教授解释，健康耳朵其实是跟中丨整个人体的“微型地图”，中医讲究“见微知著”“司外揣内”，医教耳朵通过众多经络与身体相连。授学当身体出现异常时，两招耳朵上相应的小耳部位就会出现颜色、形态的朵何洞改变等现象。主持人用一个形象的全身比喻追问：“就跟车仪表盘亮故障灯是一个道理吗？”郭教授肯定了这一想法。

　　深耕耳穴诊疗多年的他，凭借这一特色技法，精准施治，解决诸多患者的疑难病痛。一个典型病例令人印象深刻：一位患者拄着双拐走进诊室，因久坐压迫坐骨神经，一侧腰腿剧痛。郭教授根据其典型的“肾形耳”贴压耳穴后，患者惊讶地发现疼痛明显缓解，离开时已能自己提着双拐走出诊室。

　　现场还开展了沉浸式体验环节，针对现代人常见的熬夜、疲惫、失眠等问题，郭炜教授精准选取神门、垂前等耳部专属穴位进行贴压调理。体验者亲身尝试后，直言颠覆了对传统耳诊的认知。

　　郭教授特别强调，耳穴诊疗是中医独特的适宜技术，也是为数不多可同时实现诊断与治疗的中医疗法。它无需特殊仪器、无需破皮施治，具备简便、安全、高效的特点，贴合大众日常防病、养生、调理需求。

　　Did you know? Looking at your ears can reveal where problems lie in your body.In this episode, Professor Guo Wei—Associate Professor at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Director of the TCM Auricular Point Diagnosis and Treatment Research Center—unveils the hidden health code within our ears.

　　As Traditional Chinese Medicine states, "The ear is where all the meridians converge." Professor Guo explains that the ear is essentially a "miniature map" of the entire human body. TCM emphasizes "perceiving the significant from the subtle" and "inferring the internal from the external"—the ear connects to the body through numerous meridians. When abnormalities occur in the body, corresponding areas on the ear will show changes in color, shape, and other signs.The host pursued this with a vivid analogy: "So it's like the warning light on a car's dashboard?" Professor Guo confirmed this was exactly the idea.

　　Having devoted years to the field of auricular diagnosis and treatment, he employs this distinctive technique to deliver precise interventions, resolving numerous patients' difficult and intractable conditions. One remarkable case left a lasting impression: a patient walked into the clinic on crutches, suffering from severe pain in one side of his waist and leg caused by prolonged sitting compressing the sciatic nerve. After Professor Guo applied auricular point pressure based on the patient's typical "kidney-shaped ear," the patient was amazed to find the pain significantly relieved—by the time he left, he was able to walk out carrying his own crutches.

　　An immersive hands-on experience session was also conducted on-site. Targeting common modern ailments such as staying up late, fatigue, and insomnia, Professor Guo Wei precisely selected exclusive ear points including Shenmen (TF 4) and Chuiqian（LO4）to apply pressure for therapeutic regulation. After experiencing it firsthand, participants frankly stated that it completely overturned their previous understanding of traditional auricular diagnosis.

　　Professor Guo particularly emphasized that auricular point diagnosis and treatment is a unique and appropriate technique of TCM, and one of the few TCM therapies capable of simultaneously achieving both diagnosis and treatment. It requires no special instruments and involves no skin-breaking procedures, featuring the characteristics of being simple, safe, and highly effective—perfectly suited to the public's daily needs for disease prevention, health preservation, and physical conditioning.

　　"Observe the ear to identify disease; apply to the ear to treat disease." Our ears can actually "speak."
